Topic: Measurements in the Spray Formation Region
Presenter: Professor Mark Linne, Chalmers Inst. of Technology, Sweden
Time: 10:10 ~ 11:40
Date: Wednesday, October 19, 2011
Contact: Prof. Yuyin Zhang (tel.: 151 2105 8161)
Professor Linne will describe a new technique that can produce images of intact liquid structures buried inside the dense droplet cloud of the spray formation region in an atomizing spray. He will discuss the development of the technique, present some images, and talk about future work.
Prof. Mark Linne received his Ph.D. of Mechanical Engineering, Stanford University, 1985
His thesis advisor was Prof. Ron Hanson.
